Notice of Intent to Prepare an Impact Fee Facilities Plan & Notice of Preparation of Impact Fee Analysis.

Brian Head Town intends to prepare or amend an Impact Fee Facilities Plan for capital facilities within the Brian Head Town boundary, including any areas currently in the process of annexation. 

Additionally, Brian Head Town intends to prepare an Impact Fee Analysis in accordance with Utah Code Annotated Title 11-36a. This may result in adjustments to the Town’s current impact fee levels for Water, Sewer, and Public Safety impact fees.
