Public Hearing Notice - Fiscal Year 2026 Amended Town/RDA/MBA/SSD Budget ending June 30, 2026.

The Brian Head Town Council will hold a public hearing on June 9, 2026 to receive input on the FY2026 amended budget(s) for the Town, Redevelopment Agency, Special Service District and Municipal Building Authority ending June 30, 2026 during their regular meeting scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter.  Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov or by mail to PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719 no later than June 8, 2026 by 4:30 pm.  Details of the FY2026 Amended Budget are available at the Town offices during normal business hours of 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

Public Hearing Notice - Town Code Title 9 (Land Management Code), Chapter 7 (Zone District Regulations, New Zone 9-7-14 Mixed-Use Overlay Zone) and Chapter 4 (Submittal Requirements) Amendments

The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on proposed amendments to the Land Management Code, Chapter 7, Zone District Regulations, and Chapter 4, Submittal Requirements during their regular meeting on July 7, 2026 scheduled to begin at 1PM or shortly thereafter. Those wishing to review the details of the proposed amendments may do so at the Town Hall located at 56 N. Hwy. 143, Brian Head, UT 84719 during normal business hours of M - F 9-5. Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Deputy Clerk at cclaridge@bhtown.utah.gov or by mail to PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719 no later than 4:30 pm on July 6, 2026.
