The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 7, 2026, during the regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter at the Brian Head Town Hall located at 56 N. Hwy. 143, Brian Head, UT 84719. The public is invited to attend and give public input on the proposed amendments to the Town Code, Title 9, Brian Head Land Management Code:
Title 9 Chapter 7-13: Aspen Meadows Mountain Zone

Zone Change: Aspen Meadows Development is requesting a zone change from Annexed Transition Zone to Aspen Meadows Mountain Zone.
