2024 Business License Renewal
Nightly rental business licenses will automatically expire September 30th of each year. Below are the renewal license applications.
Nightly Rental License Renewal Application - Short Term Rentals Only
- Please be sure your fire inspection is current. All fire inspections are required to be completed once every two years. If you would like to know the status of your fire inspection(s), please call the Town Hall.
- Please submit a current proof of insurance with your renewal.
- Fees for 2024 licensing year:
- $122 license renewal
- $108 per condo and $298 per cabin: Nightly Rental Disproportionate Cost of Service Fee - Annually.
- $30 Fire inspection fee: Per inspection per unit - if your inspection is due.
