PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
BRIAN HEAD TOWN CODE, TITLE 9 – LAND MANAGEMENT CODE –
CHAPTER 7 – ACCESSORY DWELING UNITS
BRIAN HEAD PLANNING COMMISSION: APRIL 15, 2025 @ 1pm.
Planning Commission Meeting – April 15, 2025 @ 1PM at the Brian Head Town Hall Council Chambers located at 56 N. Hwy. 143, Brian HEad, UT 84719. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments during their regular meeting on April 15, 2025 on a proposed amendment to the Land Management Code, Chapter 7 (Accessory Dwelling Units).
Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Deputy Clerk at cclaridge@bhtown.utah.gov or by mail to PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719 no later than Friday, April 11, 2025 by 5PM. All comments submitted to the Planning Commission will automatically be forwarded to the Town Council for their review.
Those wishing to review the proposed amendments may do so by contacting the Town offices at 435-677-2029 during normal business hours M-F 9AM-5PM.
