The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on December 5, 2023 to receive comments on a proposed Zone Amendment for lots 1-6 in the Ridgeline Estates Subdivision located at 165 West Ridge View Street. The Zone Change would change the zone from Single-Family Residential (R1) to Multi-Family Residential (R3) as per Brian Head Land Management Code 9-7-1 and 9-7-3.
Those wishing to submit a written comment may submit a comment to the Town Clerk at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than December 4, 2023 by 4:30 pm. Those wishing to review the details of the proposed Zone Amendment may do so at the Town offices during normal business hours of 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday.
