Brian Head Public Safety is encouraging all residents and property owners to participate in being Fire Wise. The Public Safety Department is in partnership with the Utah State Division of Forestry, Dixie National
Forest, and Cedar Breaks National Monument in efforts to reduce fire risk in public lands surrounding
Brian Head. All property owners in the Brian Head area can also help reduce the risks of significant
property loss in the event of a wildfire by conducting a wildfire risk assessment of your property. Any
cost and/or time spent reducing wildfire fuels on your property can be logged to use for grants from
state and federal agencies. The Brian Head Fire Department will conduct a free wildfire assessment of
