The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed Conditional Use Permit Amendment for 339 Spruce Street, Brian Head, UT. Brian Head Town is sending out this notice as per Utah Code Title 10.9a.2 and the Land Management Code 9.1.8.
The Public hearing will be held during the regular meeting of the Planning Commission on November 5, 2024 scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter.
Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Deputy Clerk at cclaridge@bhtown.utah.gov or by mail to PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719 no later than November 4, 2024, by 5 pm. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a proposed Conditional Use Permit for 141 E. Mountain View Drive for a snow removal business during the regular meeting of the Planning Commission scheduled to begin at 1 pm or shortly thereafter.
Those wishing to review the details of the Conditional Use Permit may do so at the Town Hall located at 56 N. Hwy. 143, Brian Head, UT 84719 during normal business hours of 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
