PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING - JANUARY 20, 2026 @ 1:00PM - Brian Head Town Hall 

The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 20, 2026, during the regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter at the Brian Head Town Hall located at 56 N. Hwy. 143, Brian Head, UT 84719.  The public is invited to attend and give public input on the proposed amendments to the Brian Head Town Code, Title 9:

Chapter 2 (Definitions), Chapter 7 (Zone District Regulations), & Chapter 12 (Building Design Standards for Construction)

A draft of the proposed amendments is available for public inspection hours at the Brian Head Town offices during normal business hours M-F 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. by calling (435) 677-2029 or email cclaridge@bhtown.utah.gov.  All comments submitted to the Planning Commission will automatically be forwarded to the Town Council for their consideration on February 10, 2026.

TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING - FEBRUARY 10, 2026 @ 1:00pm - Brian Head Town Hall - 56 N. Hwy. 143

The Brian Head Town Council will hold a public hearing on February 10, 2026, during their regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter at the Brian Head Town Hall.  The public is invited to attend and give public input on the proposed amendments to the Land Management Code.
