🚰 Bulk Water Users
Brian Head Town is transitioning existing and new bulk water customers to a new bulk water access system. The updated process is designed to provide customers with clear instructions and ensure that everyone understands how to safely and properly operate the Town’s bulk water dispenser.
Note: All Town bulk water users are required to sign an acknowledgement and understanding of the Town’s bulk water use instructions before an account can be activated.
New Bulk Water Users
If you are using the bulk water dispenser for the first time, please follow these steps:
Complete a Utility Agreement
A Utility Agreement must be completed before a new bulk water account can be established.
Review & Sign the Operating Instructions
After completing the Utility Agreement, you will receive instructions explaining how to use the Town’s bulk water dispenser. You will be asked to sign the instructions acknowledging that you have read and understand how the dispenser operates.
Attend a Demonstration
A Town staff member will provide an in-person demonstration of the bulk water dispenser during normal Town business hours. This demonstration will help ensure you are comfortable with the equipment before using it independently.
Receive Your Access Code
Once the Utility Agreement, instructions, and demonstration have been completed, you will be provided with your bulk water dispenser access code and PIN number.
Please note: Demonstrations are available during normal Town business hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Existing Bulk Water Customers
Existing bulk water customers are also being transitioned to the new bulk water system.
Customers will receive the new operating instructions by email. The instructions must be reviewed and signed to acknowledge that you have read and understand the proper operation of the bulk water dispenser.
Once the required information has been completed, customers will receive information regarding their access to the new system.
If you are an existing bulk water customer and have not received your instructions, please contact Amanda Hunter.
