Brian Head Town understands that residents and property owners may have concerns about traffic, speeding, OHV use, pedestrian safety, or other conditions on their neighborhood streets. Proper signage can be an important tool in helping address these concerns and keeping our community safe.
The Town welcomes your input and has established a process for requesting permanent street signage when a sign may be appropriate.
Requesting a Permanent Street Sign
If you believe a permanent street sign could improve safety or provide important information for your neighborhood, we encourage you to submit a Sign Request Form.
Each request will be reviewed by Town staff to determine the appropriate type, location, and need for signage. The Town is working to improve our internal process so that sign requests can be reviewed and addressed as promptly as possible.

Please Do Not Install Temporary Signs
For safety, consistency, and the appearance of our community, temporary or unauthorized signs may not be placed on Town roads, rights-of-way, or light posts.
We understand that residents may want to bring attention to safety concerns in their neighborhoods, particularly with increased OHV activity and traffic. However, independently installed signs can create safety concerns, visual clutter, and confusion for motorists and pedestrians.
Working through the Town's sign request process allows us to evaluate concerns and identify appropriate, consistent solutions.
