🏔️ FY2027 Strategic Plan
The FY2027 Strategic Plan establishes a clear direction for Brian Head Town and helps guide the Town’s priorities and decision-making throughout the year.
The Strategic Plan identifies the Town’s Mission Statement, Goals, Strategies, and Action Steps. Together, these elements provide a framework for turning the Town’s priorities into measurable actions and help ensure that staff and the Town Council remain focused on the community’s long-term vision.
The Strategic Plan also provides residents with insight into the priorities being considered and the work the Town intends to accomplish in the coming year.

đź“‘ FY2026 Independent Audit
Each year, Brian Head Town’s financial records are reviewed through an independent financial audit conducted by an outside accounting firm. The audit provides an objective review of the Town’s financial statements and financial practices and helps promote accountability and public confidence in the management of Town resources.
Following completion of the audit, the FY2026 Audit is presented to the Brian Head Town Council and the public during an open public meeting. This presentation provides an opportunity for the Council and members of the community to review the Town’s financial position, ask questions, and gain a better understanding of the Town’s financial activities for the fiscal year.
Brian Head Town values transparency and welcomes public participation in the financial review process.
