November 1 – April 30

Parking is prohibited on all Town roads from November 1 through April 30.

This seasonal restriction allows Town crews to efficiently clear snow from roadways and helps keep streets accessible for residents, visitors, emergency vehicles, and snow-removal equipment.

Vehicles parked on Town roads during the winter parking restriction can interfere with snow removal and may create hazardous conditions.

Please help us keep Brian Head's roads clear and safe.

Use designated parking areas and never park along Town roads during the winter season.

Visitors to Brian Head should be aware that a designated snowmobile trail runs along the east side of Highway 143 with two designated crossing on Highway 143; the north end by Thunder Mtn. Motorsports and the south end near the Bearflat/Sugar Loaf road.

For the safety of snowmobile riders and other visitors, vehicles must not block, park on, or drive on the designated snowmobile trail.

The trail needs to remain clear and accessible for snowmobile use throughout the winter season. Please be aware of the trail's location when parking, unloading vehicles, using trailers, or traveling through the community.

Please Keep the Snowmobile Trail Clear.

If you are visiting Brian Head to ski or snowboard, Brian Head Resort provides parking at both of its ski bases.

Navajo Lodge Ski Base: The Navajo Lodge area provides parking for guests accessing the Navajo ski base and its surrounding facilities.

Giant Steps Ski Base: The Giant Steps Ski Base provides parking for guests accessing the Giant Steps area and surrounding ski facilities.

Visitors planning to ski or snowboard are encouraged to use the designated parking areas at the appropriate ski base whenever possible.

Brian Head Town provides three designated parking areas for visitors. Please use these locations rather than parking along Town roads.

Town Hall Parking: Town Hall provides a convenient parking area near the center of the community and is located directly along Highway 143.

Village Way Parking: Parking is available on Village Way, between The Mall and Sawmill Condos. This location provides convenient access to nearby businesses, lodging, and community amenities.

Chair #1 Parking Lot / Skier Bridge area -South Brian Head: This parking area provides convenient access to the ski area and surrounding recreational opportunities.

Use the map below to locate Brian Head's designated Town parking areas and plan your arrival before you reach town.

Parking can be especially busy during winter weekends, holidays, powder days, and special events. We encourage visitors to arrive early, use designated parking areas, and allow additional time to reach their destination.

Please be respectful of private property, driveways, emergency access areas, and posted parking restrictions.
