It is important for visitors to understand the difference between Brian Head Town and Brian Head Resort.
Brian Head Town is the municipal government responsible for Town services such as roads, snow removal, utilities, planning and development, Town ordinances, and other municipal services.
Brian Head Resort is a private business owned by Mountain Capital Partners and is responsible for its own resort operations, including lift tickets, skiing and snowboarding, lessons, rentals, mountain activities, and Resort policies.
