Description
Adjusting lot lines or boundary lines between adjoining lots or parcels where no new lot results from the adjustment and each lot owner consents.
Required Approvals
- Building & Planning Department Approval
Review Process
- Town Staff Review & Approval
- Submit to County Recorder
Standards for Review
- The adjustment does not result in a change in the number of lots in the subdivision
- All owners of lots being adjusted consent
- The resultant lots adhere to all provisions of the Land Management Code
