Code compliance helps protect the character of our community, preserve property values, and ensure that properties and activities follow the Town's adopted ordinances and regulations.
If you believe there may be a code compliance concern in the community, we encourage you to let us know. Your report helps Town staff identify issues and work toward timely and appropriate solutions.
How to Report an Issue
The easiest way to report a code compliance concern is to use the "Report an Issue" button located throughout the Brian Head Town website.
When you submit a report through Report an Issue, your inquiry or complaint is received by Town staff and directed to the appropriate department for review and response. This allows the Town to efficiently route concerns and ensure they reach the staff members who are best equipped to address them.
When submitting a report, please provide as much information as possible, including:
The location or address of the concern
A brief description of the issue
The date or approximate time the issue was observed, if applicable
Photos or other supporting information, if available
Your contact information if you would like staff to follow up with you
