Brian Head Town will post its bid advertisements or request for proposals (RFP) on a regular basis.  Please contact the Town Clerk if you have questions regarding a RFP or the contact person identified in the RFP.

All proposals will be open publically and the successful bidder will be notified.  

Brian Head Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals as a result of the requests, to negotiate with all qualified bidders or to cancel the request if it is in the best interest of Brian Head Town to do so.  The decision of the town shall be final.

2017-2018 Winter Shuttle Service 

Brian Head Town is seeking proposals from qualified shuttle operators to provide vehicles and rivers for the winter season of 2017-2018 (December thru April).  The successful contractor will be awarded either a one year contract with two (2) one-year options to renew or a three year contract.  

Attached is the complete details for the scope of service.

Deadline for submission of proposal is October 6, 2017 by 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time.

Submittal Instructions:  Responses will be received at the Brian Head Town Hall, 56 N. Hwy. 143, PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719. until 5:00 pm. October 6, 2017.  Bidders need only submit one copy of their response, which may also be submitted electronically to nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov.  Responses should be limited to no more than eight (8) pages.  Correspondences, questions and/or clarifications of the proposal procedure should be directed to Nancy Leigh, nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov, 435-677-2029 during normal business hours.
