Brian Head Town will post its bid advertisements or request for proposals (RFP) on a regular basis.  Please contact the Town Clerk if you have questions regarding a RFP or the contact person identified in the RFP.

All proposals will be open publically and the successful bidder will be notified.  

Brian Head Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals as a result of the requests, to negotiate with all qualified bidders or to cancel the request if it is in the best interest of Brian Head Town to do so.  The decision of the town shall be final.

Brian Head Public Art Project - Request for Qualifications


Brian Head Town is soliciting qualifications from all professional artist and/or artist led-teams residing in the Western United States region to design, construct, and install a public art piece in Brian Head that would be iconic in nature and serve as a major visual focal point of the Town.

2021 Streets Project


Brian Head Town will be receiving separate sealed bids for the 2021 Street Project at their offices located at 56 N. Hwy. 143 - Brian Head, UT 84719 until no later than 2:00 pm Friday, April 16, 2021 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. 

The project involves the supply and installment of approximately 220,720 square feet of chip seal and flush coat, and approximately 9,093 square feet of asphalt replacement patches, and approximately 8,210 square feet of new three inch (3") asphalt with six inches (6") of compacted road base under the new asphalt and the raising of water valve cans and manhole lids.  The project also involves the supply and installment of approximately 141,124 square feet of seal coat with minimal crack seal needed on the paved Town Trail and selected town parking lots.  Brian Head Town reservices the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularity.

An onsite project walk thru is scheduled for 10:00 am, Monday, April 12, 2021.  Copies of the contract documents and specifications may be examined and or obtained after April 7, 2021 at Brian Head Town offices located at 56 North Highway 143, Brian Head, UT 84719 or by contacting Aldo Biasi, Public Works Director at 435-677-2029 during normal business hours.
