Listed below are the current notices for the town, which may include public hearings that have been scheduled

Details of each notice are available in the document provided in the side bar or if you are needing more information on a particular subject, please contact the Town Hall during normal business hours and our staff will assist you with your request.   

Public Hearings are held during the regular meeting of either the Planning Commission or Town Council scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter at the Brian Head Town Hall, Council Chambers - 56 North Highway 143, Brian Head, UT 84719

Public Comments during a public hearing are limited to three (3) minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov no later than noon on the date of the public hearing.  


December 8, 2020 Town Council Meeting
Public Hearing for an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2021 Budget 

The Brian Head Town Council will be receiving public comment on a proposed amendment to the fiscal year 2021 Town Budget during their regular meeting on December 8, 2020 scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter.  Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than 4:30 on December 7, 2020.  Details of the proposed amendments are available at the Town offices and may be viewed during normal business hours.
