Public Hearings are held during the regular meeting of either the Planning Commission or Town Council scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter at the Brian Head Town Hall, Council Chambers - 56 North Highway 143, Brian Head, UT 84719
Public Comments during a public hearing are limited to three (3) minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov no later than 4:30 pm prior to the date of the public hearing.

The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings on March 21, 2023 at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter on the following:
1. WEST ZION VIEW SUBDIVISION PLAT AMENDMENT.
Brian Head Town has received an application requesting a plat amendment for the West Zion View subdivision to vacate lots 2, 3, 4 of the Crystal Aire subdivision. Details of the proposed amendment are available at the Town offices during normal business hours.
