Listed below are the current notices for the town, which may include public hearings that have been scheduled Details of each notice are available in the document provided in the side bar or if you are needing more information on a particular subject, please contact the Town Hall during normal business hours and our staff will assist you with your request.   


Public Hearings are held during the regular meeting of either the Planning Commission or Town Council scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter at the Brian Head Town Hall, Council Chambers - 56 North Highway 143, Brian Head, UT 84719

Public Comments during a public hearing are limited to three (3) minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov no later than 4:30 pm prior to the date of the public hearing.  



                                        PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

                     PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARINGS

                                          MARCH 21, 2023 @ 1:00 PM 

The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings on March 21, 2023 at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter on the following: 

1.  WEST ZION VIEW SUBDIVISION PLAT AMENDMENT.  

Brian Head Town has received an application requesting a plat amendment for the West Zion View subdivision to vacate lots 2, 3, 4 of the Crystal Aire subdivision.  Details of the proposed amendment are available at the Town offices during normal business hours.  Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov or by mail: PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719 no later than March 17, 2023 by 4:30 pm (MST)

2.  ZONE AMENDMENT FOR SKI HAVEN CHALET, UNIT A, BLOCK B, LOTS 3 & 13

Brian Head Town has received an application for a zone amendment for lots 3 & 13 in the Ski Haven Chalet, Unit A, Block B subdivision.  The zone change request would change the current zoning from Light Density Residential (R1) to HDR - High Density Residential (R3).  Please click on the link below for details on the proposed zone amendments.  Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov or by mail: PO Box 190068 - 56 N.
