Listed below are the current notices for the town, which may include public hearings that have been scheduled

Details of each notice are available in the document provided in the side bar or if you are needing more information on a particular subject, please contact the Town Hall during normal business hours and our staff will assist you with your request.   

Public Hearings are held during the regular meeting of either the Planning Commission or Town Council scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter at the Brian Head Town Hall, Council Chambers - 56 North Highway 143, Brian Head, UT 84719

Public Comments during a public hearing are limited to three (3) minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov no later than noon on the date of the public hearing.  

Town Council Public Hearings Scheduled

Water Treatment System Options - September 23, 2019 @ 1:00 pm
The Council will receive public comment on options for the town's water system in which the Town may be considering chlorination of the system.  

Land Management Code Amendments - September 23, 2019 @ 1:00 pm
The Town Council will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on a proposed amendment to Title 9, Land Management Code, Chapter 12.6 (lighting) and 12.7 (Buildings).
