Listed below are the current notices for the town, which may include public hearings that have been scheduled

Details of each notice are available in the document provided in the side bar or if you are needing more information on a particular subject, please contact the Town Hall during normal business hours and our staff will assist you with your request.   

Public Hearings are held during the regular meeting of either the Planning Commission or Town Council scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter at the Brian Head Town Hall, Council Chambers - 56 North Highway 143, Brian Head, UT 84719

Public Comments during a public hearing are limited to three (3) minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov no later than noon on the date of the public hearing.  

Brian Head Planning Commission & 
Brian Head Town Council will hold a 
PUBLIC HEARING FOR LAND MANDMENT CODE AMENDMENTS
CHAPTER 1, CHAPTER 3, CHAPTER 4, CHAPTER 8 & CHAPTER 9


The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment on proposed amendments to the Land Management Code, Chapter 1 - General Provisions; Chapter 3 - Administrative Bodies and Decision Making Bodies; Chapter 4 - Submittals;  Chapter 8 - Enforcement; Chapter 9 - Subdivisions. The public hearing is scheduled for April 6, 2021 during the regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter.  Comments are limited to three (3) minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov no later than 4:30 pm on April 5, 2021.  Details of the proposed amendments are available at the Town offices during normal business hours. 

The Brian Head Town Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the proposed amendments to the Land Management Code; Chapter 1 - General Provisions; Chapter 3 - Administrative Bodies and Decision Making Bodies; Chapter 4 - Submittals; Chapter 8 - Enforcement; and Chapter 9 - Subdivisions.   The public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled meeting of the Town Council on April 27, 2021 scheduled  to begin at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter.  

Comments are limited to three (3) minutes and written comments may be submitted to Wendy Dowland at wdowland@bhtown.utah.gov no later than 4:30 pm on April 26, 2021.  Details of the proposed amendments are available at the Town offices during normal business hours. 

Comments submitted to the Planning Commission will automatically be forwarded onto the Town Council for their review.
